I’m a lifestyle photographer serving Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. Shooting outdoors, in nature’s own studio, I combine my expertise and experience of studio shoots with my passion for landscape photography. The result is beautiful, informal pictures of your loved ones.
My shoots are fun – it’s the only way to get genuine smiles and happy memories. I like to put you at your ease and relax, and this shows through in the pictures. I’m afraid I don’t do stuffy and formal!
I’ve been making photographs for almost 20 years, since I discovered that my little point-and-press camera couldn’t capture the Swiss Alps the way I saw them. Since then I’ve practised and honed my style and built up a portfolio of images. There’s always something new to learn, so I enter competitions and attend workshops with other professional photographers to keep my work fresh.
I use Nikon cameras, but I’m a firm believer that the make and model of the camera is less important than the person operating it. The camera’s just a tool – it’s what you do with it that counts.
Every family and every shoot is different and unique, but one thing always remains the same. That’s my love of creating natural, fresh pictures that will stand the test of time.
